What skills do you need to be able to get into a performing arts school?

I’m a 14 yr old from the philippines and my dream is to study Drama in a performing arts school abroad. I’ve always wanted to study in Juilliard but any performing arts school is fine. I want to prepare myself early for a school like this. What kind of skills do I need? Do I need to learn dance like ballet or jazz? Do I need to learn how to sing? get into an acting workshop?
